This writ application has been filed for a direction to the Station House Officer, Gobardhana, P.S.& District- Bagha, West Champaran to submit a report of F.I.R./Sanha lodged on 10.08.2016 vide Sanha Entry No. 200 of 2016 of which the carbon copy was issued to the petitioner. According to the petitioner he was posted on the post of In-Charge Principal at S.S.R.S School at Gobarahia Done. He had collected some fee amount and was himself going to the State Bank of India, Ramnagar Branch where school account was operated. The only way

It is claimed that while crossing over the river, the petitioner got stuck in forceful spate of water and fell down. He claimed that the amount was lost. He reached to the police station to lodge an F.I.R. but the Officerin-Charge of the police station lodged a Sanha entry only. It is his grievance that no investigation has been made in the matter. A counter affidavit has been filed in this case. It is stated therein that in the nature of the information furnished to the police where the petitioner has himself stated that the amount has been lost, no FIR was required to be lodged. There was no allegation constituting an offence under the Indian Penal Code against any individual.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no reason to issue any direction to the respondent authorities to lodge an FIR.
