JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother- in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 09.10.2014 in a case registered under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, the deceased died of burn injuries but it is an admitted position that the marriage of deceased was solemnized with the son of petitioner three years prior to her death and after marriage, she had spent her married life at her matrimonial home for near about three years. Moreover, the accusation of illegal demand is not specific against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
