JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that the petitioner will be appearing before the court below praying for grant of bail upon his surrender in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.109 of 2002. In view of such submission, the application is permitted to be withdrawn.

Withdrawal of the application, however, shall not prejudice the petitioner's claim for grant of regular bail. This Court would expect that the prayer be considered on the same day.
