JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent authorities to make payment of exgratia amount to the petitioner on account of death of her husband due to Covid-19 Infection, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has knocked the door of each and every authority and her grievance has not stood redressed till date, but she is ready to again file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Purnea for

Patna High Court CWJC No.1866 of 2023(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 redressal of her aforesaid grievance.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, Purnea, within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
