The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B), 21, 22, 27(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The police raided the house of Bhola Singh on information that Bhola Singh is selling Ganja. The police found one person in the room and another person was hiding himself beneath the cot. The person was apprehended disclosed his name as Bhola Singh, the owner of the house. The petitioner was also apprehended from the same house.

It is submitted that the petitioner is son-in-law of Bhola Singh and he had gone to bring his wife, the daughter of Bhola Singh. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.34603 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no narcotic substance was found from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner happens to be son-in-law of Bhola Singh from whose possession Ganja were recovered, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Kudra P.S.
