The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is that 170 gram brown sugar is recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 170 gram brown sugar is recovered. Same is below the commercial quantity. There is no compliance of Sections 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

No.7185 of 2019(3) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. case No.58 of 2018 arising out of Adapur P.S. case No.273 of 2018.
