JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 The petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86161 of 2019, in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 354 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has approached this Court through the present petition seeking extension of time for surrendering before the court below. For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the court below, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13276 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 prayer is allowed.

The order dated 18.06.2020 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 354 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The other conditions imposed shall subsist.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
