The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 is a person with clean antecedent and petitioner No. 2 has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on account of dispute during purchase of article from the shop the occurrence took

No.11962 of 2023(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/3 place in which, it is alleged that petitioner No. 2 assaulted the son of the informant by a weight causing injury and Akshay stabbed on the head of the informant's son causing injury and even took away Rs. 20,000/- from the shop of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case it is next submitted that there is no allegation of assault against petitioner No. 1 and the injury suffered by the son of the informant is simple in nature.

It is next submitted that there is a delay of four days in instituting the FIR.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
