JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31716/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 140/2018 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner could not surrender in time as he lives in Madhya Pradesh for earning his livelihood. He could not get leave from the employer.

In view of such, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court
