No.5354 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/3 satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari, to the extent that father's name of Petitioner No.17 and 18 be corrected as "Dharmendra Kumar Yadav, son of Laxmi Narayan Yadav and Yogi Sahani, son of Bhado Sahani" in place of 'Dharmendra Kumar Yadav, son of Kishori Sah and Yogi Sahani, son of Yodhha Sahani'. Further, address of Petitioner Nos.18 and 19 be read as "Yogi Sahani, son of Bhado Sahani, resident of village- Kothiya, P.S.- Madhuban, District- East Champaran, and Jitendra Sahani, son of Ramchandra Sahani, resident of village- Gheghwa, P.S.- Madhuban, District- East Champaran.
