JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.6.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28050 of 2014 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with direction to surrender within a period of four weeks, however, the petitioner could not surrender within four weeks. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was working outside as he had no knowledge about the same, however, it appears that there is non-compliance of the order for about four years and no specific explanation has been given for the same, as such I am not inclined for modification in earlier order passed by the then Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.6.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6877 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 No.28050 of 2014, however, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
