Petitioners seek bail in Amnour P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 registered under section 436 and other allied section of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner no.2 came and set fire on J.B.Machine other articles.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1 is not named in the first information report and name of the petitioner no2 figured in the first information report but the source of identification is not disclosed. The informant simply stated that the criminals were talking each other by name. The petitioners are in jail since 23.03.2014. Having considered the fact and the nature of allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34825 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 and the fact that the petitioners are in jail for more than ten months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Amnour P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014.
