Petitioner is named in the first information report which has been lodged for commission of dacoity in the house of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to institution of the present case, petitioner lodged Mufassil P.S. Case no. 440/2014 against agnates of the informant of the present case and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except Mufassil P.S. Case no. 439/2014 which was registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East
