JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for payment of arrears of revised pension, gratuity and earned leave on the basis of revised salary, on account of grant of the benefit of A.C.P.

The learned counsel for the respondent- State has filed a supplementary affidavit, wherein it has been stated that not only the entire aforesaid amount of outstanding retiral dues have already been sanctioned but most of the amounts have already been paid.
