ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 01-10-2015 This Revision Application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, in Cr. Appeal No.08 of 2015 whereby he has affirmed the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad, in G.R. Case No.2446 of 2014/Tr. No.620 (J) of 2014 arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No.204 of 2014.

Considering the documents of the Petitioner which show that he has been continuously indulging in anti-social activities in pursuance of which the deceased was killed, I am not inclined to release him.

Prayer is rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
