Appeal No.08 of 2015 whereby he has affirmed the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad, in G.R. Case No.2446 of 2014/Tr. No.620 (J) of 2014 arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No.204 of 2014.
Considering the documents of the Petitioner which show that he has been continuously indulging in anti-social activities in pursuance of which the deceased was killed, I am not inclined to release him.
Prayer is rejected.
The application stands dismissed.
