Petitioner happens to be rice miller and the accusation against him is that he did not supply rice and accordingly, misappropriated Rs. 23,17,149.20/- The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it is only a case of breach of agreement. It is further contended by him that several cases of similar nature were instituted and several persons are enjoying either privilege of anticipatory bail or regular bail granted by this Court as well as different Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
