====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, as alleged against the petitioners is that they assaulted the son of the informant with lathi and khanti.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17279 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that both the sides sustained injuries and the injuries sustained by them are simple in nature. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his/their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Gararu P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
