ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has initially challenged the order dated 18.08.2022 (Annexure-11) and thereafter pursuant to the orders of this hon'ble Court, the authorities have revised the charges payable by the petitioner and have issued the letter dated 06.07.2023 (Annexure-13) wherein the entire amount was reduced to Rs. 16,161/-.

Learned counsel has stated that the said amount has already been paid and has drawn the attention of this hon'ble Court to the Annexure-14 which are the receipts of the amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.2193 of 2023(11) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 paid by the petitioner.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and the writ petitioner is disposed of as infructuous.
