The petitioner seeks bail in Dhangai P.S. Case No. 21/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police intercepted a Tata Magic vehicle bearing Registration No. BR 01PD 7324 and some persons were found sitting inside the vehicle. They disclosed their name Arvind Pal, Rama Shankar Yadav, Kamlesh Singh, Bhikhari Yadav, Jitendra Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Ramayan Singh. Nagendra Yadav and Awadhesh Singh managed to flee away from the vehicle. No Arms and ammunitions was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
