Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he along with others thrown mirchi powder and pelted stones on police party and facilitated the co-accused Sanjay Paswan who fled away from the clutches of the police party. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Chouri P.S.Case No.40 of 2015.
