JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 354, 379, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and there is allegation that all the accused persons have assaulted the deceased, causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that specific allegation has been attributed against co-accused and there is no specific allegation against him and he has only been named in the FIR and he is in custody since 19.10.2019. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant and from perusal of the post mortem report it appears

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019.
