The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondents for selection of the petitioner on the post of Bihar Police Force publishing her result in selection list on account of examination conducted by the Central Selection Board of Police for appointment on this post in pursuance of Bihar Police Recruitment, 2014, wherein the petitioner applied her form and got success at every stage. As per Admit Card issued to the petitioner, her Roll no. is 2882010094 and application no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12344 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 is 35846831."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board of Constable Recruitment, Bihar, Patna submits that the cut-off marks in the category of the petitioner is 105 whereas the petitioner has secured only 90 marks, hence, she has not been selected, thus there is no merit in the present writ petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that the present writ petition is bereft of any merit, hence, is dismissed.
