The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 294 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal. Considering the fact that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and the dispute is of trivial nature and also considering the fact that though the injured was assaulted on the parietal region, he has not gone for C.T. Scan as advised by the doctor for finding out the nature of the injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
