The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42134 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness of the mother of the petitioner, the petitioner has not surrendered within the stipulated period. He further submits that the petitioner has prepared a demand draft of Rs. 4,52,574/- (Rs. Four lakh fifty two thousand five hundred and seventy four) in favour of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank bearing demand draft no. 553989 dated 17.03.2023 and he will submit the same at the time of furnishing bail bond.
