2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have tried to commit rape upon the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 3.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.
