Case No. 338 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 70 liters of country-made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is false implication having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody from more than one month and is ready to cooperate in the disposal of the trial.
