The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 628 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 395, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is the business of vegetable. He further contended that allegation against this petitioner is that he has snatched the bag containing Rs.86,800/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that except confessional statement of the coaccused there is no material to connect the petitioner with alleged commission of crime.
