2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 09/2023 lodged on 30.01.2023 under Sections 341/323/366A/376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against the sole petitioner with an allegation of kidnapping the informant with a view to marry

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is true that the victim has supported the allegation levelled in the FIR in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. but it is also true that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the argument advanced by the counsel for the petitioner is true.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
