The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 679 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is father-in-law and is in custody since 30.06.2021, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 679 of 2020.
