Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40403 of 2021 by which the petitioner has been granted regular bail by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the name of father of the petitioner has been typed as Late Sita Ram Sah in the body of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5718 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 the main bail petition, whereas the name of the father of the petitioner is Late Ramrup Sah, accordingly, same mistake has occurred in the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40403 of 2021, therefore, the aforesaid order may be modified to the aforesaid extent only.
In view of the submission, the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40403 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Let the name of father of the petitioner be read as Late Ramrup Sah in place of Late Sita Ram Sah.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
