JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 05/2020 arising out of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 339 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 44 litres of liquor from the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no independent witness of the seizure. Further submission is that they have no criminal antecedent and have been in judicial custody since 04.01.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Excise Case No. 05/2020 arising out of Ara Muffasil P.S.
