JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 04-07-2017 By the order in question impugned in the writ petition the District Magistrate, Nalanda has passed externment order against the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Control of Crimes Act, 1981 and the impugned order goes to show that the externment was for a period of one year which has lapsed on 04.06.2016. That being so, now this petition is rendered infructuous as the period for which the petitioner was exerned from the district is already over.
