JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she eloped with the petitioner and later on, solemnized her marriage with the petitioner. No doubt, the learned Magistrate assessed the age of the victim as 14 years but victim disclosed her age as 20 years. Moreover, the parties have already compromised the case and petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26.05.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
