The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420 and 509 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is that the petitioner eloped with the daughter of the informant and got his photo snapped with photo of his daughter and has opened a fake face-book account. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. Opening of face-book account by the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ashok Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. case No.24 of 2018.
