This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 380, 386, 387, 341, 120(B)/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

From the reading of the complaint in question, it seems that this complaint has been filed due to civil dispute. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16980 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
