The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 435 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 17 of C.L.A. Act and under section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of U. A. P. Act. The petitioners were apprehended and from their possession booklets of Naxalites were recovered. No arms or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in jail since 17.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35858 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 arising out of U.A.P. case No. 80 of 2015.
