The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 303 of 2012 for the offence registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is not named in the First Information report.
It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35693 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 Motipur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2013 and the police obtained his confessional statement. Thereafter, the police remanded in the present case. Except, the so-called confessional statement of the petitioner that too before the police, the investigating officer did not collect any tangible evidence.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 303 of 2012.
