The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 290, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47-A of the Excise Act. Nine litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the bag of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Ratan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015.
