====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual court proceeding. Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of start of the physical court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that there is case and counter case. Allegation is general and omnibus. The doctor has found simple injuries. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17129 of 2021(2) dt.03-08-2021 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 25 of 2003, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
