The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Chandeshwar Pawan is alleged to have stabbed Ramdeo Pawan on the chest causing death of Ramdeo Paswan. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. Similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge I, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
