The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Triyani P.S. Case No. 94/2018 dated 15.06.2018 which though was instituted for the offences under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, but charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 323, 354, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8824 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 there being a counter version of the occurrence and the petitioners having clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicail Magistrate, Seohar in connection with Triyani P.S. Case No. 94/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
