The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.02.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Similarly situated co-accused Dilip Prasad has already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014.
