2. The writ petition has been filed for:- "I. For Commanding and Directing the Respondents to ensure the payment of compensation of the concerned land at revised rate, i.e in the light of the provisions of Bihar Land Acquisition, Re-establishment Rehabilitation Scheme, 2007. and II. For holding that, Petitioner is entitled to the benefit of revised policy of 2007 scheme, as 80% of the compensation amount has been paid to her husband on 22.1.2009, i.e after the 19th February 2007, (after publication
Patna High Court CWJC No.13914 of 2017(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 of the revised scheme).
II. For commanding and directing the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court in the case of Mahboob Azim & Anr. Vs The State of Bihar & Ors and later on upheld by Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in the case of Dharamsheela Devi Vs State of Bihar. Smt.
IV. For any other relief(s) for which the Petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if she is allowed to approach the Respondent No.3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna for redressal of the grievance.
