JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent Authorities to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 13 of 2015-16 and till then some protection be granted to the petitioner. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda is directed to dispose off the aforesaid pending Encroachment Case No. 13 of 2015-16, expeditiously, after hearing the affected parties and in accordance with law and till the final order is passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956,
