Prayer has been made in the writ petition for grant of salary to the petitioner for contractual services rendered for one year from 01.02.2013 to 31.01.2014 in the office of the Circle Officer. Services rendered was post retirement of the petitioner. It is further submitted that arrears are pending on account of services rendered for the extended period between 01.02.2014 to 31.01.2015. Petitioner himself has filed supplementary affidavit stating that Rs. 58,249/- has been paid to him as his remuneration after engaging him on contract basis. Counter affidavit also discloses the amount paid but it

Mr. Mishra, counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in case petitioner feels that some amounts are outstanding in spite of his claim as per detail contained in para 8 of the counter affidavit, petitioner be granted liberty to raise his claim before the authority.

With liberty as prayed for by counsel for the petitioner and in light of the aforesaid facts taken note of in this order, writ petition is disposed of.
