Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case of similarly circumstance, this Court has passed the following order :- 'The coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.21181 of 2014 and C.W.J.C. No.11053 of 2017 disposed of the writ petition for permitting the petitioner to file representation for redressal of his grievance before the Vice-Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4603 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 dispose of the same within a period of four weeks.' This writ petition is also disposed of with on the same line. Petitioner is granted liberty to file representation before the ViceChancellor of the University who shall dispose of the representation in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks.
