Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in jail custody since 23.06.2015 in a case registered under section 341, 323, 498A, 494, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of petitioner had taken place with the informant 25 to 30 years ago and after marriage informant gave birth to four children, although it is stated that petitioner used to torture the informant and solemnized his second marriage. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35263 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 23.06.2015, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 323 of 2015.
