=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and B.R.A. Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for payment of retiral benefits, which, as per his representation to the Registrar of the University dated 20.09.2017, copy of which is Annexure-3 to the writ application, relate to leave encashment and gratuity.

3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that he has received instructions showing that payment of Rs. 10,00,000/- gratuity and Rs. 15,77,983/- on account of earned leave.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner feels that any further dues

Patna High Court CWJC No.4614 of 2018 dt.26-06-2018 2/2 admissible to him have remained unpaid, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order within four weeks of filing of the representation. If anything further is required to be paid in terms of the order passed, the same shall also be paid within the next four weeks.
