The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the business of stolen four wheeler vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5554 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019.
