This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.15878 of 2014 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order passed on 14.12.2015.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the reasons assigned in this restoration application the prayer is allowed. The order dated 14.12.2015 passed on the writ petition is recalled and CWJC No.15878 of 2014 is restored to its original file.

This application is allowed.
